Flat-Fee Directory Service

DUI Guide operates as a paid advertising directory. Attorneys, bail bondsmen, and other service providers listed on this website pay monthly subscription fees for directory placement. These are flat-rate fees paid in advance for a specified period, regardless of how many inquiries they receive or whether those inquiries result in retained clients.

NOT a Lawyer Referral Service

DUI Guide is not a lawyer referral service as defined by state bar regulations. We do not:

• Make referrals or recommendations of specific attorneys
• Match users with attorneys based on qualifications or case outcomes
• Screen attorneys for competence or experience
• Receive referral fees, case fees, or performance-based compensation
• Guarantee case outcomes or attorney performance

How Attorneys Are Listed

Subscription Tiers

Attorneys purchase one of three subscription tiers, each offering different levels of visibility:

Selection Criteria

Attorneys are not selected based on:

• Case outcomes or success rates
• Years of experience or qualifications
• Client reviews or testimonials
• Bar ratings or peer endorsements
• Geographic proximity to user

Attorneys are listed based solely on their subscription status and tier. Any attorney licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction may purchase a directory listing.

Listing Order and Placement

The order in which attorneys appear on our pages is determined by their subscription tier, not their qualifications or experience. Higher-tier subscribers receive priority placement. Within each tier, attorneys may be displayed in various orders based on factors like listing creation date, geographic coverage, or randomization.

What We Do and Don't Do

We Provide:

• Inquiry Forwarding: Optional forwarding of user inquiries to listed attorneys

No Endorsement

Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or recommendation by DUI Guide. We make no representations about the quality, competence, or likely success of any listed attorney.

Compensation and Conflicts

How We're Compensated

DUI Guide receives revenue exclusively through flat monthly subscription fees paid by attorneys and service providers. The amount paid varies by subscription tier and geographic coverage. These fees are paid regardless of:

• Number of page views or user interactions
• Number of inquiries received
• Whether inquiries result in retained clients
• Case outcomes or settlements

No Performance-Based Fees

We do not receive:

• Referral fees for client sign-ups
• Percentage of legal fees collected
• Bonuses based on case outcomes
• Revenue sharing from attorney fees
• Payment for lead quality or conversion rates

Inquiry Forwarding

How Inquiries Work

When you submit a contact form on our website, your information may be forwarded to attorneys who have purchased directory listings in the relevant geographic area. This forwarding is:

• Not Selective: Inquiries are forwarded based on geography and subscription tier, not case merit or attorney qualifications
• Not a Referral: Forwarding contact information is not a recommendation or referral
• Not Guaranteed: Attorneys are not obligated to respond or take your case

Click-to-Call Tracking

When you click "Call Now" buttons or phone numbers on attorney or service provider listings, we may track that interaction for analytics purposes. This helps us understand which listings receive calls but does not involve recording or monitoring your phone conversations. Call tracking may include:

• Logging the date and time of the call initiation
• Recording which listing you called from
• Tracking your approximate location (county/state)
• Measuring call duration (in some cases)

We do not record call content, listen to conversations, or share call recordings with third parties. The phone number displayed connects directly to the attorney or service provider—we simply track that a call was initiated from our platform.

Your Consent

By submitting an inquiry form, you consent to having your contact information shared with attorneys who have purchased listings in your area. You should only submit this information if you're comfortable with multiple attorneys receiving it.

Bail Bondsmen and Other Service Providers

In addition to attorneys, DUI Guide lists bail bondsmen, SR-22 insurance providers, ignition interlock device installers, and DUI schools. These service providers also pay flat monthly subscription fees for directory placement. The same principles apply:

• Listing order is based on subscription tier, not quality or pricing
• We make no endorsements or quality guarantees
• Users are responsible for their own due diligence
• Inclusion does not constitute a recommendation

State-Specific Disclosures

Some states require additional disclosures for attorney advertising. If you're viewing listings for attorneys in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, Tennessee, Ohio, or Colorado, you'll see state-specific disclaimers on those pages indicating that the listings are paid advertisements.

Changes to This Disclosure
